The SunStar's control technology-intensive X-Y feed control system is controlled in a smooth and accurate way; it works best when it comes to complicated stripe and circular sewing projects.

This series realizes the optimal work for the shaped needle, supplementary needle and pocket processing.
It adopts the double shuttle hook and double-capacity bobbin to prevent the bobbin from being frequently exchanged, so the productivity is increased.

 
 

Main pivotal motor

 




The maximized torque is realized by using the 550W AC Servo Motor as the pivotal motor. So, when it comes to the heavyweight fabrics, it runs powerfully.

Through the application of directly attached motor driven method, excellent responsibility and comfortable working environment is provided.

SunStar newly developed the direct driven-motor, which is directly attached to the sewing machine. It is optimized into the high quality sewing process by the use of the coupling method to link AC Sub Motor to the upper level to enhance the responsibility and accuracy of stopping location of the sewing machine.

Since the directly driven motor doesn't use V-belt, the noise and vibration is significantly decreased to provide the pleasant working environment and the fatigue of a site-worker was decreased to help enhance productivity.

In addition to that, as there is no weight-load found when the V-belt is operated, the durability of the machine is considerably increased, and the amount of electricity power consumption was decreased since the rotation loss disappears resulting from the V-belt usage. Since the motor is directly attached to the body of sewing machine, it brings easier access to the installation process by removing the need for attaching and adjusting the sewing machine motor and V-belt. And sewing machine motor and V-belt are not exposed to the worker to prevent the safety accidents in the work-sites.
 
 

The maximized capacity feature


The maximum number of stitches is 20,000 per pattern; it is able to perform any sewing pattern having multiple stitches.

The FDD, which can install a maximum of 360,000 stitches and 691 patterns per 2HD floppy disk, is integrated to perform the input and output process for a variety of design.
 
 

Easy and simple operation

 







Since the machine setting status and program data input status are indicated through the LCD screen, the worker can conveniently detect the error from the data input process and thread breakage phenomenon.
And even the novice user can easily set options through the dialog interface menu.
The frequently used command keys for the program are represented by icons and listed in the input mode so that the input time duration can be reduced.
The machine operation and program development is enabled through the operation panel without the extra input device, and the worker can adjust the position of operation panel at worker's convenience since the operation panel is movable.
 
 

Excellent expandability



Since the extra input/output ports are installed on the external control box, there is no need for the additional modification when the accessory device and air-pressure device are attached.
When replacing the power source, it is possible to select the power source by changing the connector location inside the control box.
