16 When “ER129” appears on OP Screen.

Cause : This error is caused when the Main Motor is overloaded.
Type : SPS/A(B) - B1201, SPS/A(B) - B1202, SPS/B - B1254

Solution : Execute the Main Motor Test ( Operate the machine in the following order. ).




While pressing the button A, B and C in the C area at the same time, power the machine on.
 
“tESt” is displayed in the A area for a short time.
 
“t-01” is displayed in the A area.
         
Press the Ready button in the B area.
 
Make sure “t-03” is displayed in the A area.
 
Set the Test Number by pressing the +(Forward) button in the B area.
         
“100” is displayed in the A area.
 
Pressing the Ready button in the B area operates the Main Motor.
Pressing the Ready button in the B area stops the Main Motor.
 
Pressing the +(Forward) button in the B area increases the speed of the Main Motor.
Pressing the +(Forward) button in the B area decreases the speed of the Main Motor.
         
       
 
   
         
※ If the test is not conducted in a normal way, the reason can be a problem in the Main Board, Digital Board or Main Motor. Refer to an A/S engineer for check.
※ Power the machine off and on again in order to end the machine test and start sewing.
