1 When “ER01” appears on OP Screen.

Cause : This error is displayed when the Pattern is set Non-Callable. .
Type : SPS/A(B) - B1201, SPS/A(B) - B1202, SPS/B - B1254

Solution

1. As you cannot use the Pattern Number which was set Non-Callable when taken from the plant, set the Pattern Number Callable before using it (refer to the Pattern List Number.).

2. Make sure that the Pattern is not interfered with by the Needle and PF before using it.

- In case of SPS/A - B1201, there are 32 kinds of basic Patterns. You should use Expansion Pattern ROM IC from 33.
- In case of SPS/A - B1202, there are 33 kinds of basic Patterns. You should use Expansion Pattern ROM IC from 34.
- In case of SPS/A - B1254, there are 56 kinds of basic Patterns. You should use Expansion Pattern ROM IC from 57.

3. Methods of Pattern Call are as follows.

 

Setting Ex) When changing the Pattern Number 33 to Callable.


While pressing both the Ready button and Reset button in the B area at the same time, power the machine on.
 
“PrEn” is displayed in the A area.
 
Press the Button A in the C area.
         
Make sure “A-03” is displayed in the A area.
 
Press +(Forward) in the B area.
 
“A-01” is displayed in the A area.
         
Press the Ready button in the B area.
 

For instance, “01-1” is displayed in the A area. ‘01’ is the pattern number, ‘1’ refers to Callable and ‘0’ refers to Non-Callable.

 
Press the SELECT button in the C area.
         
Make sure “33-1” is displayed in the A area.
 
Press the +(Forward) button in the B area.
 
Make sure “33-0” is displayed in the A area.
         
Set the program by pressing the Ready button in the B area, power off and on again, and start sewing.
