7 When the Pedals can not control speed.

Cause : This error is caused when you cannot control the Motor Speed with Pedals .
Type : SERVO MOTOR IV

Solution : Execute the Analogue Value Test of Pedals ( Operate the machine in the following order).




While pressing the Prog button in the B area, power the machine on.
 
“PrEn” is displayed in the A area for a short time, and the initial display appears.
 
While pressing the Prog button in the B area, press the B button in the A area.
         
“0 79” is displayed in the A area.
 
Make sure “79” is displayed by pressing the E button in the A area.
 
“Pr2 00” is displayed in the A area.
If you press the Pedals most, the number in the A area turns into 64.
       
         
※ If the test is not conducted in a normal way, the reason can be a problem in the Front Board or Pedals. Refer to an A/S engineer for check.
