When the Solenoid (Presser Foot, FF, Wiper, Tread Trimmer) does not work.


Cause : This error is caused when there is a problem in Board or Solenoid’s Signal.
Type : SPS/A - 1306, SPS/A - 1811, SPS/A - 2516, SPS/A - 5030
solution : Execute the Solenoid Test (Operate the machine in the following order.)


 

Press the MODE button in the B area.
 
“Main Menu” is displayed in the A area.
 
Press the button 2 in the C area.
         
“Test Menu” is displayed in the A area.
 
Press the ENTER button in the C area.
 
Make sure the cursor indicates “4.Machine Test” in the A area.
         
Press the button 2 in the C area.
 
Make sure the cursor indicates “13. Solenoid” in the C area.
 
Press the ENTER button in the C area.
         
Pressing the ESC button in the D area ends the test and leads to the initial display of the test.
 
For instance, when you press the button 2, FF operates.
 
The solenoid list is displayed in the A area. You can operate solenoid by pressing each solenoid number.
         

※ If the test is not conducted in a normal way, the reason can be a problem in the Main Board, I/O Board or Solenoid Refer to an A/S engineer for check.
